New York, New York
After a month away, I arrived back to Paris! I gathered these photos from the weeks I spent in NY, and I already miss the pancakes and the loud noise at night. It always happens that when you are not in your city, you tend to notice every insignificant thing, that also allows you to appreciate beauty in an effort to soak up the city’s essence.
With New York City at its coldest weather for a 100 years, the obvious action taken was to stay inside and to discover a couple of restaurants everyday, and to catch up with a couple of friends, meetings, and visits to museums. Even listening to music with a hot cup of tea and some cookies, while chatting and watching NY from my window -this time I stayed on the Lower East Side- was really enjoyable.

Cookies, cookies, cookies
After visiting the American Natural History Museum, we took a taxi some blocks away on the Upper West side, and visited Café Lalo, to try the best NY cheesecakes and a hot cappuccino!
