The fact that I flew to such a different city like Riga, made me see everything with another different theme. Inese, the lovely designer at Amoralle
, took a new direction as she changed this season her brand’s name (before SockBox), at this SS13 Riga Fashion Week. For me, it was a pleasure to be a special guest for her show, and I discovered on it a dramatic take on lingerie as outerwear
. Pieces romantic enough for lingerie, but developed to be statement ones on a chic look.
At 12.00pm the same day, I had a special fitting so Inese could measure the dress that she prepared specially for me(she was so kind and beautiful!) I felt excited to wear this for the event, it was a point where the dress was revealing although I was all covered in a gown.
A very special thank you to Inese, Gundars, and all the Amoralle team for such a warm welcome. I can’t wait to go back to Riga!
Inese and me after her show
I chose to wear the Amoralle dress with my Givenchy cape for the chilly christmas weather!
